HMP successfully completed the internal refurbishment of student accomodation common room areas in various locations.

Our works included the strip out of all existing floor finishes, wall finishes and ceiling finishes.

New floor finishes were installed including vinyl flooring and feature carpets. New suspended ceilings were installed and decorations included specialist wall papers to feature walls to give a homley look to the spaces. Specialist feature light fittings were placed in break out zones and soft seating / decorative furniture installed.

These works transformed the common room areas from once quite simple enviromnets into warm inviting common room areas.
